When we first arrived the staff was confused about the table numbers on our tickets so we told them where our table was.

When we arrived at our table other people were already seated. Staff had been telling people that they could sit anywhere.

This was the first strike of the evening. Once we finally got settled in our seats we waited for over 30 minutes for a server to get to us.

We were finally able to order drinks and ask for menus but waited at least 45 more minutes for our drinks to arrive and we went and got our own menus.

During this time we watched many people walk up to the bar to order drinks and be served immediately while the venue serving staff had to wait for the drinks they were ordering to be made.

Our poor sever her name was Janna was run off her feat. There was not nearly enough staff for the number of people at the show. We ordered food and it was served in a timely manner.

The food was mediocre, a surprise to us as our last visit left us extremely happy with the food. The show we saw was great and Janna did the best that she could.

Bottom line is that it seems that money is winning out over good service and that is really disappointing.

We had already bought tickets for another show and to be honest I am wishing that we hadn't. I can only hope that they resolve some of the service issues because it is a beautiful venue.

Clean and modern. We attended a dance performance in the Pearl Showroom. What an amazing venue for the ladies to be showcased in. Very modern and comfortable, just as nice as a Vegas stage just a little smaller and more intimate.

The service was amazing and the drinks were excellent, but very pricey. The rest of the casino was beautiful, very clean and modern as well. Meanwhile I tipped the waiter waitresses and bartender.

I ask both men if I just dropped five dollars would you pick it up they said no. So they do not treat every employee equal and I'll never come back.
